Prime Minister Janez Janša pays homage to the nation's dead

Today at Žale Cemetery, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia, Janez Janša, the Minister of Labour, Family and Social Affairs, Mrs Marjeta Cotman, the Minister of the interior, Mr Dragutin Mate, the Minister of Defence, Mr Karl Erjavec, the Director-General of the Slovenian Police, Mr Jože Romšek, and the Chief of General Staff of the Slovenian Armed Forces, Mr Albin Gutman, honoured the fallen in the War for Slovenia in 1991.

The PM and a delegation then placed wreaths at the monument to the fallen and those killed fighting the forces occupying Slovenia between 1941 and 1945, and at the Lime Tree of Reconciliation.
