In a telegram of condolence sent today to the Premier of the People’s Republic of China, Mr Wen Jiabao, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia, Mr Janez Janša, offered condolences on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, as well as his own deep sympathy, on the tragic rail crash that occurred this morning in eastern China.

 

The Prime Minister asked the Chinese Premier to convey his heartfelt condolences to the injured and to the families of those who had tragically perished in the accident.
