Prime Minister takes questions from parliamentary deputies

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia, Borut Pahor, answered questions from deputies at the thirteenth regular session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia. Three questions were raised by opposition deputies and one came from the coalition side.

Deputy Jože Tanko from the deputy group of the Social Democratic Party asked Prime Minister Pahor about the capability of the Government team to prepare the exit strategy in due time.   Deputy Franc Pukšič from the deputy group of the Slovenian People’s Party asked the Prime Minister about the fifth public tender for the use of EU funds in the 2009-2013 period. Zmago Jelinčič Plemeniti, President of the Slovenian National Party, inquired about the Government’s position related to the Advocate General at the Court of Justice of the European Communities in Luxembourg, Dr Verica Trstenjak.  Borut Sajovic from the deputy group of the Liberal Democratic Party raised the issue related to the Škocjan Caves and the keeping of its UNESCO World natural heritage site status .
