As Prevent found itself in troubles, the Government helped through seeking for solutions with the aim that »those employed today can work on and that the new employees likely to come can join them tomorrow«, said the Prime Minister.  The overall wish is to preserve the know-how developed by Prevent and to upgrade it further on. The trade mark has been saved and it can still be very competitive and attractive to numerous important car makers in Europe. In addition, the Prime Minister said that he was optimistic about the future prospects of Boxmark as an »important car industry supplier, as well as about the future of the employees, who returned back to work«. This will help keep the know-how within Koroška region which is essential also for the creation of comparative and competitive business opportunities in Slovenia. The Government will keep on making every effort to help the companies enter into business contracts also through economic diplomacy, since in order to have good results in the future, it is important to show ambition. »We all have to look ahead, also for the sake of this crisis, not only for a couple of years but for five and even ten years ahead«, concluded by saying the Prime Minister.
