Prime Minister Pahor takes questions from parliamentary deputies

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia, Borut Pahor, answered questions from deputies at the 22nd regular session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia. The first question was posed to Prime Minister Pahor by deputy Vinko Gorenak of the Slovenian Democratic Party and concerned legislative arrangements and sanctions for illegal crossing of the national border of the former state in the period from 1945 to the independence of the Republic of Slovenia. The second question was raised by deputy Franc Puškič of the Slovenian People's Party. He wanted to know whether the incumbent government had obtained an agreement form the European Commission to amend the Operative Programmes and how this affected or would affect the use of EU funds according to n plus 3 formula. Deputy Zmago Jelinčič Plemeniti of the Slovenian National Party asked the Slovenian Prime Minister Pahor about the manner in which the Government of the Republic of Slovenia intended to act on the increasing number of allegations regarding the involvement of Koper Police Directorate, District Prosecutor's Office in Koper and Koper District Court in criminal offences and corruption. The last question was raised by deputy Bojan Kontič of the Social Democratic Party. It related to the period of the first two years of leading the government and comparison of assessments of the government's work in the previous two years under Pahor's leadership.
