Prime Minister Pahor attends the New Year's reception for diplomatic corps
The Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia, Borut Pahor, and the President of the Republic of Slovenia, Dr Danilo Türk, today hosted the traditional New Year's reception for diplomatic corps at Brdo pri Kranju.
The speaker at the ceremony, Slovenian President Danilo Türk, emphasised in his address the need for fresh diplomatic efforts and underlined the necessary reforms of the financial system and the issue of climate change. This year's diplomatic reception was intended to give new impetus to diplomatic activities and economic diplomacy.
