The Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia, Borut Pahor, thanked Ljubljana University Medical Centre's personnel on his discharge today from hospital. In a short message, Prime Minister Pahor wrote, 'Apart from my childhood, this was my first time in hospital. It is hard to find the right words to express my most sincere gratitude to all the expert staff, the Head of the Clinic, the physician responsible, and to all the medical staff at the Clinic and the University Medical Centre. I was shown great help and kindness from them and I thank them from the bottom of my heart.

'I would also like to thank the ward's other patients who patiently endured the many working visits I received there. I would like to once again express my thanks to everybody and I wish you all the best,' the Prime Minister concluded.
