At today’s sixth session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia, Janez Janša, answered three questions from deputies; two questions were raised by opposition deputies and one came from the coalition side.

The head of the Social Democrats Deputy Group, Janko Veber, was interested in how the Government of the Republic of Slovenia intends to provide better transparency of state asset management on the basis of legislative solutions planned to be adopted to stabilize the banking system in Slovenia.  The leader of the Positive Slovenia Deputy Group, Jani Möderndorfer, raised a question related to the criteria for layoffs in the public sector, planned by the government within the enforcement of measures aimed at achieving public finance balance. The coalition deputy from New Slovenia, Matej Tonin, asked the Prime Minister about the list of infrastructure projects on which the government will focus in the coming months and wanted to know how these projects will be implemented.
