Slovenian Prime Minister Janez Janša congratulates Jože Možina on his award for documentary film on Pedro Opeka

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia, Janez Janša, today sent a letter to Jože Možina congratulating him on his award received at the ITN Distribution Film Festival in Hollywood as best director in the category of documentary films for his documentary on the Slovenian priest Pedro Opeka.

 

In the letter, Prime Minister Janša stated that the award is an extraordinary achievement and recognition for the professional work of the award-winner; at the same time he expressed his satisfaction that the author of the awarded film presented to the domestic and international public the story about the extremely important work of priest Pedro Opeka, whose humanitarian mission deserves our utmost respect. The Prime Minister expressed his hope that Jože Možina would make many more of such beautiful film stories for the wider audience in the future.
