The Slovenian Prime Minister, Janez Janša, today instructed the Minister of Justice and Public Administration, Dr Senko Pličanič, to prepare a report on the Vaskrsić case and other similar cases where family homes or apartments were sold pursuant to court decisions related to the payment of small amounts due. This report is to be prepared in time for Thursday's Government session. Since these cases allow for only two possible interpretations, the Government will, on the basis of the report submitted and the official data, either adopt decisions to amend the inadequate and unjust rules in place or request a review of individual controversial cases.
