Prime Minister Janez Janša congratulates chess player Ana Muzychuk
The Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia, Janez Janša, today congratulated chess player Anna Muzychuk on winning the bronze medal at the European Chess Championship.
In his letter of congratulations, the Prime Minister wrote that Muzychuk was to go down in Slovenian history as its first medallist in senior European or world chess championships. He emphasised that she had proven that great talent, will power and complete dedication could lead to the best possible results. He wished Anna Muzychuk every success for the future and in carrying Slovenia to the very pinnacle of this royal game.
