Prime Minister Janez Janša receives Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia, Janez Janša, today received the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, Dr Valery Zorkin, who is on an official visit to Slovenia.

 

The two statesmen agreed that bilateral relations between the two countries were positive and developing well in the political, economic and other spheres. They took the view that the opportunities to further strengthen cooperation between the EU and Russia in the field of justice were positive.

 

The delegation of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation's official visit to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia has established bilateral cooperation between the constitutional courts of the two countries, thereby facilitating the exchange of good practices.
