At the fourth regular session of the National Assembly, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia, Janez Janša, responded to four questions, three of which were raised by opposition deputies and one from the coalition side.

The leader of the Positive Slovenia deputy group, Jani Möderndorfer, was interested in how the commitments arising from the Coalition Agreement regarding personnel were implemented. Deputy Darko Jazbec of Positive Slovenia asked the Prime Minister about the positive effects of the Fiscal Balance Act, particularly with regard to the health care and health insurance sectors.  The leader of the Social Democrats deputy group, Janko Veber, wanted to know the reasons for the government's decision to commence with the project for the comprehensive overhaul of the concept behind the management of state assets. Franc Jurša, the head of the Democratic Party of Pensioners of Slovenia deputy group, raised a question with the Prime Minister on the subject of old-age pensions. He wanted to know when the Pension and Disability Insurance Institute would be relieved of its obligation to pay out on pensions that are not covered by contributions paid from years of service.
