State Secretary Lovro Lončar today met with representatives of the Mohor Society: Dr Anton Koren, its director in Klagenfurt, and Martin Lisec, the director of Mohorjeva d.o.o. At the meeting, the Mohor Society representatives presented a book by Dr Rosvita Pesek entitled "The Independence Government - How it Built a State" to the State Secretary.

During the meeting, the participants discussed the independence period in light of Slovenian Statehood Day. On this occasion, Dr Anton Koren, the director of the Mohor Society in Klagenfurt, highlighted that the publication of the book "The Independence Government – How it Built a State" by their publishing house symbolically expresses the full support of the Mohor Society publishing house and the majority of Carinthian Slovenians for the idea of independence. In their discussions, the partners agreed that Slovenia's independence was an important act, not only for the citizens of Slovenia but also for Slovenians abroad.

State Secretary Lovro Lončar thanked the representatives of the Mohor Society, the oldest independent institution for Slovenians in Carinthia, for the valuable contributions it has made to broadening and enriching the Slovenian cultural, scientific and artistic space.
