Prime Minister Janša congratulates shooter Franček Gorazd Tiršek

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia, Janez Janša, congratulated the winner of Paralympics silver in air rifle standing competition, Franček Gorazd Tiršek.

 

In his letter of congratulations, Prime Minister Janša wrote that with today's achievement, Paralympics athlete Franček Gorazd Tiršek proved that one should never give up pursuing one's goals and that by keeping strong faith and confidence in oneself distinguished results can be achieved. The Prime Minister also commended the whole team for showing the meaning of the true spirit of sportsmanship and team loyalty, thus adding a special shine to the silver medal won in today's finals. He added that Slovenia is extremely proud of Franček Gorazd Tiršek and his achievement.
