Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia, Ms Alenka Bratušek, receives Speaker of Indian Parliament, Ms Meira Kumar
The Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia, Ms Alenka Bratušek, received today, on 29 May 2013, the Speaker of Indian Parliament, Ms Meira Kumar. The Prime Minister pointed out during the meeting that the visit confirms friendly relationships between India and Slovenia and advocated the continuation of the regular dialogue also at the highest political level.
The partners in discussion were pleased to establish that the bilateral economic cooperation between Slovenia and India is strengthening and deepening despite the global economic and financial crisis. Both expressed hope that this trend will continue in the future. They also undertook to strengthen the cooperation between Slovenia and India in all other fields, especially in tourism and culture.
