Slovenian Prime Minister Alenka Bratušek receives representatives of the Slovenian minority living in the Italian Republic

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia, Alenka Bratušek, today (6 June 2013) received the representatives of the Slovenian minority living in the Italian Republic. She highlighted the cooperation and dialogue at national and bilateral levels as an essential element for effective protection of minority rights. She particularly underlined the importance of cross-border regional cooperation creating opportunities for numerous projects that can bring a significant added value for the Slovenian minority in Italy. The Slovenian Prime Minister has also undertaken to convey the Slovenian minority's messages to her counterparts during her upcoming visit to Rome.
