Lithuanian Prime Minister visits Slovenia

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Lithuania, Dr Algirdas Butkevicius, is currently on a working visit in Slovenia at the invitation of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia, Alenka Bratušek. The visit will further strengthen friendly relations with Lithuania at the highest levels.

 

Since the main purpose of the visit is to foster economic cooperation between Slovenia and Lithuania in various fields, the two Prime Ministers agreed to start with the organisation of a business forum for all companies interested in finding new business opportunities. On this occasion Prime Minister Butkevicius also presented the achievements of Lithuania's EU Council Presidency and plans for the future.

 

After the talks, Prime Minister Bratušek invited her guest to visit the Datalab company and in the evening to attend a game at the European Basketball Championship.
