Prime Minister attends business lunch hosted by Deloitte SheXo Club Slovenia

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia, Alenka Bratušek, today attended a business lunch hosted by the Deloitte SheXO Club Slovenia, which was devoted to strengthening cooperation between Slovenian and German business people. The event was also attended by the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Republic of Slovenia, Anna Prinz, and the Ambassador of the Republic of Slovenia to the Federal Republic of Germany, Marta Kos.

 

In her address, Prime Minister Bratušek pointed out that Slovenia saw Germany as a strategic partner and expressed her belief that such events would further enhance relations between the two countries. She presented measures taken by the Slovenian Government to end the economic and financial crisis, paying particular attention to the efforts to increase inflows of foreign direct investments. At the close of her address, Prime Minister Bratušek said that Germany is Slovenia's most important trading partner and German investors are always welcome.

 

Prime Minister Bratušek also attended the women's football match between Slovenia and Germany for the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup qualification.
