The Government has decided to allocate €500,000 from the budgetary reserve to cover the first intervention costs and to call in Slovenian Armed Forces units to help in affected areas. The Government will provide all the necessary funds to finance complete renovation of the Franja partisan hospital.

Because of yesterday's events, the programme of the visit has changed. The Minister of Culture, Vasko Simoniti, will visit the area of Cerkno and Franja hospital, the Minister of Education and Sport, Milan Zver, will visit Bohinjska Bistrica and Škofja Loka, while the Minister of Transport, Radovan Žerjav, and the Minister of the Environment and Spatial Planning, Janez Podobnik, will visit towns around Bohinj.
