Mr Zmago Jelinčič Plemeniti, head of the SNS deputy group, asked the Prime Minister why certain development programmes prepared by the Ministry of the Economy had not yet been implemented. LDS deputy Aleš Gulič asked the Prime Minister a question in connection with the constitutional principle of equality before the law when investigating and prosecuting commercial crime.  The third question was raised by SD deputy Milan M. Cvikl, who asked the Prime Minister what action he would take with regard to the recent decision of the Court of Audit, namely that the Minister, Mr Marjan Podobnik, bears responsibility for irregularities at the Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning. The last question to the Prime Minister was asked by NSi deputy Marjetka Uhan, who asked the Prime Minister to comment on alleged irregularities in the deadlines for the construction of sections of motorway and hospitals.
